Creative Freedom & Potential Risks: We are committed to providing creative solutions tailored to your preferences, even when incorporating new materials or designs with which we may have limited experience. While we will do our best to meet these specific requests, we cannot guarantee satisfaction when working with unfamiliar materials or unconventional choices. We strongly advise clients to conduct thorough research, reflect on their preferences, and review sample swatches before placing an order.
3. No Liability for Dissatisfaction: Ray Czar Paper will not be held liable for dissatisfaction with the selection of wallpaper, colors, or patterns chosen by the client. The client accepts full responsibility for their choices and understands the inherent risks involved in selecting new or untested materials.
4. Commitment to Quality and Care: Once materials are confirmed and in our possession, we will proceed with the project promptly and efficiently, ensuring that the integrity and standards of your home are maintained throughout the process.
